Paragon PMO

Context

Paragon delivers project management as a service: trained PMs who plan, execute, and deliver on a flexible, per-project engagement model, alongside digital-skills training. The team works across the whole alphabet of delivery: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Lean, Kanban, Six Sigma, ITIL.

What we built

A straightforward services site built around one ask, 'Hire our team', with the offer explained in plain language for busy decision-makers.

The numbers up front

The site leads with Paragon's scoreboard: 250-plus projects delivered, 100-plus companies served, 500-plus PMs in the talent pool, 4.9 client satisfaction. Kickoff to delivery is quoted at two to four weeks, with PMs trained through Paragon's own Level 3 and 4 program.

The offer in plain language

The pitch spans enterprise PMO expertise, PM frameworks and delivery tools (plan, execute, deliver), and governance and risk management, backed by twelve-plus years of experience. Service areas run from planning and governance through resource, stakeholder, risk, and portfolio management, priced per project with no long-term contracts.
