Wendy Castillo Guzman has spent nearly ten years coaching beginners, athletes, mums, and seniors, and in 2025 earned professional status as a fit model and pro bodybuilding athlete. Her clients found her through Instagram and stayed through word of mouth, which works right up until someone wants to know what the programs actually are before they message a stranger. The site is the answer to that question.

One coach, three ways in

Coaching is laid out as three clear options rather than a menu to decipher: Contest Prep, stage-ready work from someone who has competed herself, carried as the featured card; 1:1 personal training in person; and online coaching with structured programming and weekly check-ins for people who train somewhere else. Every option names what comes with it, so the first message is about goals rather than logistics.

The person, not the pitch

Fitness sites usually sell a transformation. This one sells the coach. Her philosophy sits in her own words, that fitness is not the goal but the vehicle, next to the three things her coaching is built on: empathy, education, accountability. Contact where she already is

There is no contact form. Wendy runs her own Instagram and reads every message herself, so the site sends people there instead of into an inbox she would have to remember to check. A form that goes unanswered is worse than no form, and the honest version converts better.

Under the hood

TanStack Start on Vite with Tailwind, deployed to Vercel. Server-rendered so every page is readable before any JavaScript arrives, with the hero words and section reveals layered on after. The photography and video are her own, pulled from her public posts rather than bought from a stock library, which is most of why it looks like her and not like a template.
