Context
Zippex is a delivery platform for everything local: marketplace pickups, store orders, parcels between friends, urgent documents, and the occasional couch. The promise is safe, secure, seamless, with fair upfront pricing and no hidden fees, and the site sells it in use cases: your world, delivered; small moves, big relief; secure docs when it counts.

What we built
The platform end to end: consumer and driver apps on the App Store and Google Play, a merchant program, an admin console, and the marketing site. Orders are tracked in real time from pickup to drop-off, so nobody is left guessing where their stuff is.

Pricing you can argue with
Every delivery option is priced side by side before you commit: express when it is urgent, pooled when it can wait, a car for packages, a truck for the bulky stuff. Each option shows its delivery window and even its carbon impact, so the cheaper choice usually reads as the greener one too.

The marketplace problem
Marketplace deals are the sharpest edge: Zippex handles the pickup, the delivery, and optional payment between strangers, so nobody has to meet in a parking lot. The site says it plainly: no meetups, no scams.
Under the hood
The consumer and driver apps are React Native with Expo. The web surfaces, the marketing site, the merchant portal, and the admin console, are Next.js with Tailwind, with Firebase underneath.
